Twice a year, volunteers gather as a group to mulch, prune, and clean up Bill Craft Park, sometimes planting new shrubs and trees to keep the park vibrant and healthy. In addition, individual volunteers work in the park throughout the year.

Supporting water recreation access.
A multi-phase effort to repair aging docks, improve protective bumpers, and expand dinghy dock capacity at Lake Townsend Marina, benefiting sailors, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Art in the park.
The Sunset Hills Neighborhood Association is led the creation of a unique public art installation that has l become a signature feature of the park and a source of neighborhood pride. The association continues to enhance their neighborhood park through this initiative.
