Have an idea to improve your neighborhood park, trail, recreation facility, or public green space? We welcome proposals from:

• Volunteer-led community groups

How It Works

1. Review Program Guidelines
   Begin by reading the Community Impact Partner Program Guidelines to understand eligibility requirements, responsibilities, and program parameters. This will help you determine whether your project idea is a good fit before moving forward.
2. Submit a Proposal
   Share your idea for a park, trail, facility, or program enhancement by completing our Community Impact Partner Application with details on your project description, budget, funding sources, and timeline.
3. Formalize the Partnership
   Sign a Project Agreement that outlines responsibilities, fundraising plans, and reporting requirements.
4. Fundraise and Implement
   Work with the Foundation to raise funds, manage donations, and coordinate project activities.
5. Celebrate and Sustain
   Recognize community contributions and keep your project thriving for years to come.
